Just a quick update I'm on a T-Mobile perchased phone and I am now running the 10.0.3 I think that is the version which I believe is the latest everything works. I must say it was a simple process.

Well, Yesterday I took the plunge and made the change. The video was really helpful and it helped me get the process started. Took very little time yet it did take a little time to set things back up even with a backup but hey allowed me to do some much needed cleaning. LOL. Thanks for the help.
