I out of 3 devices was accepted for trade-in a week ago. Still have not heard anything on the other 2 (watch and phone) at 11 days post receipt by Samsung. All devices were shipped together (individual boxes, of course.) Just a bit nervous.

I finally managed, with the help of the stylus to push in the buttons on both sides and remove the bands. My old bands fit fine and are definitely easier to insert than the new style band. Since, I believe I don't have to return my old black sports band with the trade in, problem solved...

That gave me a LOL moment! I think his might not have shipped because the case was backordered at the time I placed the order. The rep assured me (for what's that worth) that the phone would ship separately if the case was still backordered, but that may have meant he'd have the phone on the 31st.
