I tried wiping when applying a new rom, I get errors on davik and ext, as you know beezy, I'm a green horn but I am loving what you've done. I would never go back to stock... I'm here for the long haul. Big thank you to beezy and ghbil.

So if I reformat the card, I will loose root on the card, correct?

I'm gunna try my other computer, because when my phone is plugged it to the puter, i cant access the removable drive, but root worked when I went to install it. It's weird. I dont think I ever formatted the sd when I pulled it from my blackberry, is that maybe the problem?

Beezy, I am new to this stuff but with your tutorial I was able to load root to my hero. Some of the terms as far as "flash" etc, kinda gets me. I have downloaded sugarfree and now I stuck as to where or what is the next step to putting 2.1 on the phone. Any help is appreiciated, I have read...
