Wow... I know my phone in and out. I have AOKP JB build 2 on it and Franco kernel Milestone 5. Anyhow i had the same problem. I somehow set it to hang up when hitting power button. Great until you are talking on bluetooth and your phone times out then there is no way to wake up the screen...
