Does isyncr work with photos from iPhoto as well?

Thanks heaps. Does the same app work for iPhoto as well or only iTunes?

I'm thinking of dumping my iPhone 4S and getting the Samsung Galaxy S4 when it comes out but my only issue is that I really use iPhoto to organize all my pictures and videos. I have a lot of events and albums for my photos and keep it all organized very specifically! I've been looking online...
