No, I haven't. But I did order other spare batteries to keep as spares for our longer trips. Essentially the same thing happens when I have replaced the batteries, but I usually just use the original battery. P.S. .... Thanks for the quick response.

I just called US Cellular and they said they are completely unaware of this problem.

I too have US Celluar and my Netflix has no sound. Alll other video apps have no sound issues. I have even uninstalled and re installed Netflix. My next try is to pull battery and see if that helps. US Cellular says it should be done once a week.
