Today (05/07/15), got the same UPDATE over the air for android 5.0.2 on my Nexus 9. Accepted - downloaded, and then hit the shut-down/restart tab to install. CRASHES! Error message soon after the install starts. Tried it 3 times during the day (a.m., afternoon, and late p.m.). Won't install...
