This is super frustrating. I had my Note 5 replaced, and the new one with all firmware updates worked amazing with essentially any USB cable. I dropped it and had it replaced under warranty, and now the new one does not work. Ugh.

I am also having the same issue. I have a Note 5 on T-Mobile. It was working fine today. After installing some updates it stopped working. I have a Note 3 and Note 4 and they are both working fine with my Pioneer 4100NEX. I have tried other cables. It acts like Android Auto is about to...
