I have had the same issue... TWICE! I have to warranty exchange my HTC ONE twice now. Now I am waiting on the new one to ship.
I just broke my AT&T HTC One X, again, for the second time. (Only dropped it twice, broke it twice). It would be wonderful to get my hands on this device!
