I've actually replaced my router, and now it magically works! Very strange, because all my other wireless devices (Chromebook, iPhone, Roku, Samsung tablet, Dell XPS laptop, MacBook Pro) all connected fine. The old router was a BT HomeHub v5. I've now got a BT Smart Hub 2.
