    It sounds like a samsung problem or more specifically an s8 bug. I'm surprised a phone reset didn't fix it! Can't be a general android issue or an app issue else everyone would have it... Can you subscribe to any beta updates to see if that fixes it?

    What have you guys tried so far? Back up phone and reset phone? Reinstalling the app? Clearing the app data and or cache?
