I was trying to copy holiday photos to a usb. Now it thinks it has a usb plugged in and will not charge.. I've factory reset it and cleared the chache yet still cant charge my phone.. I cant plug it into a PC to use the usb debugging. When I try to give the phone back power it says it cannot...
