I have the same issue...... everything I can find is set to give me notifications, but I get nothing!

I had the exact same issue with the adaptive power saving, kept forcing my phone into Medium power saving mode even at >70% battery. Shame, but it's too aggressive.

Anyone in the UK had any news on them yet? I've had confirmation that my claim was accepted and they would be shipped within 30 days, but nothing else so far.

This is something I've found particularly annoying! I wouldn't mind if it allowed the AOD to stay active. Without a notification LED, it's all I have to check my phone at a glance.

How would it learn to be less aggressive? Is it because I'm using my phone a lot at the moment? Without an LED for notifications, I rely on the AOD to know when I have anything worth looking at.

Maybe you are getting my Gmail Notifications as well, because I'm not currently able to receive any!

Just tried to redo the claim, and it says my IMEI number has already been claimed against. Still not received any communications from Samsung though, guess I just need to wait!

Re: Anyone claimed their Buds from Members app? I can't!! That's all I'm getting too. I'm in the UK, if that makes any difference.
