I've installed Greenify, it turns the screen on periodically when it hibernates apps, won't that drain the battery and defeat the object?

If you use a flip cover (I use the dot view) is there any point in using a lockscreen?

I've just got my shiny new HTC One M8, and am very happy with it. I think the battery life is pretty good considering everything it has to regulate, but is it worth installing an app like DU Battery Saver or are they generally ineffective/more trouble than they're worth?

I had to go to the Samsung website, download the correct firmware for my phone and region. I extracted it, that gave me a home.tar file which I then flashed through Odin. I then flashed philZ clockworkmod recovery, booted in to recovery, and flashed Omega ROM. My phone now works perfectly...

Help please! Yesterday I successfully rooted my 19505, so i did a nandroid backup to be on the safe side, and downloaded a few ROMs. I didn't flash any, instead i moved some apps to the sd card to clear out some space in the internal storage, including Rom Manager. I then booted in to recovery...

Ive had mine for about a month now and the only bug I've found so far is the homescreen wallpaper changing by itself every few days.
