Same here. Been noticing these issues since 6/22 and really frustrated with it. Yahoo Mails don't seem to be coming in, although Gmail works just fine. Hope someone fixes it soon.

Yep, I can confirm that the Tanasbourne area in Hillsboro, OR has had LTE all day. Speeds consistent with those seen in other LTE areas. WooHooo!!
