how can i get my wifi and bluetooth to work on galaxy note 2 sgh-i317 i cant get my wifi or bluetooth to turn on in gs2. when i try to turn my wifi on it switches to the on position for about 2 seconds and goes right back to the off position same with the bluetooth im still running on 4.3
