Hello, so I just got my awesome new 2XL... Upon setup, I chose to restore data from Google drive, where I had backed up from my old Nexus 6P... Photos and call history transferred over, but my text history did not. Any way I can transfer over text history? Thank you!

Thanks-what do you think the odds are that it is the motherboard? What would those signs/ symptoms be? From research, seems it could be the motherboard, and I don't want to spend the money on a new display if it won't solve the problem. Thoughts?

Whoa! How did you replace the camera for 10 bucks? Didn't you have to take the phone apart? I have spots on my camera also- I'm sure it's dust caught between the glass elements... within the phone body... but I figure I have to pull it all apart to clean it?

I might be able to get a good price on an S7 that's on AT&T... but I want to use it on VZN. I see the phone works on several channels used by both carriers. Would an ATT S7 work just fine for me on Verizon? Thanks, J.

This is still a tough call.. Honor 8 will not work b/c it's not a CDMA phone. I would go with the LG G5, but there seem to be A LOT of issues with it.. Still would love to see the 6P price go down. Maybe I can wait it out till another price drop before Christmas? It could happen...
