    Verizon Motorola Droid Turbo In call earpiece volume issues

    Alright- This might seem too easy, but a friend of mine had the same problem with his new Motorola Droid Turbo and was told to remove the protective screen cover. Now the phone sound is working perfectly. Good Luck.
