Is there a way to delete all the restore points? I believe that's what's taking up all the space

I have a Factory Unlocked Samsung Galaxy Nexus Its been rooted and on Clock mod. I've done a factory reset because the custom ROM was messing up. Its saying there is more space left on my phone. Specifically 500mb. I just want my phone back to normal. Please help. No idea what to do:-\
