forgot i made this thread. i found the solution. it WAS the sd card. for some reason it couldn't handle my 64 gb card. bought a smaller one, even a samsung sd. works like a boss. thanks all.

thank you diddy. i was ultimately gonna do this last but came here in hopes maybe this is a technical aspect that can be corrected. if i can't get any suggestions your will be the way i go.
