This is the battery I bought, ebay.ca/itm/151358477463 I haven't really tested the SoT because I tend to have mine plugged in at work, in the car or on the QI charger when I'm home but it lasts long enough that I don't notice it as a problem.

So it turns out that it was my battery, go figure, I had a new one shipped and installed it a couple days ago, since then my battery life has been stellar

Yea I've tried all the things that don't require root access. I factory reset it, I disabled/uninstalled google fit, deleted as many apps as I could including facebook. Didn't have any messenger apps. Nothing has made a difference. When I'm in complete airplane mode, it will last 24+ hours...

Yes, since the update I can practically watch my batter drain right before my eyes. This morning I had my phone in airplane mode and turned on the wifi twice, once while I was at starbucks for 30 minutes, the second time I forgot to turn it off at the hotel when I was done looking something up...
