Hello I have read on several forums and articles of peoples blue tooth having connection failures. I have removed the devices and also forced stopped the app and still nothing. Has anyone have solutions that worked on resolving this? I use the bluetooth in my car and never had any issues...

Hello just received a CLNR phone from VZW. My old S3 would take around 2 hrs to charge fully. However this replacement device takes 8 plus hrs to charge fully. I have tried different chargers and idk whats up with this? Any insights?

I have received both new and refurbished from asurion. you can request new doesnt mean u will get it but a better chance of that happening if you request it

Do we know who certifies these replacements ? is it the manufacturer or verizion or an outside company>

just curious is it possible for vzw to send a new s3 versus a CLNR? If it doesnt have the CPO Sticker on it can i assume its new? Is nt their a sticker witha date on it like a " Born " Date

wonder at some point will they stop using these at all as replacements all together

Hello, just curious is their a way to find out of vzw has run out of replacement certain models phones and then would bump the customer up to the next model/or equivalent model? Or is it just luck of the draw. that if i have a s3 for example and they have no more s3's to replace it with and...
