Exactly the same issue here!! It's making me nuts! And as I'm out of the initial 14 day period, they're more or less telling me that for the time being, I'm S.O.L. with getting a replacement or exchanging it for another model phone.

I've had my M8 HKE for about a month, on Sprint. While connected to a 4G/Spark network, it works great. Transitioning from 3G to 4G is a nightmare though. Since Sprint sent an OTA patch last week, every call I've made or taken drops within a minute, text messages take forever to go through...
