No items in Pictures folder

ok. tried clearing the system cache, but other than learning how to do that, I got no joy (AKA, the stuff still has 3.14 GB identified as being in use).

Nothing in any of those folders and soft reset didnnot help. :-/

All, I deleted the items in Pictures (15 mb). I then clicked the 3.16 GB under SETTINGS > STORAGE. i was taken to the Gallery app. It has 1 image that i downloaded from a text yesterday. Long story short. Those suggestions didnt work. Is there another suggestion? Jason
