My new HTC One has a slight flicker. The fact is nearly all LCD screens have a flicker. It isn't to bad and it's worth keeping. There are much worse things that can happen like Dead Pixels and Glue under the glass (Yellow Bands). HTC Will fix it if it becomes a problem. It isn't a hardware...
