I can't seem to be able to skip and start tracks on Spotify using V20 to my Kenwood high-end Navigation stereo DNN992 Apple Music, Amazon Music and Google Music work fine. Is it the phone hardware, the Kenwood or Spotify's software to blame?

I also exchange my V20 for a new one due to the bluetooth streaming wasn't allowing track skip and music keeps on playing on the phone once my car's engine is turned off.

While I'm loving my new LG V20, I'm annoyed by the fact that I'm unable to skip tracks when streaming on Bluetooth. It's really annoying and dangerous to pick up the phone, unlock the screen to get to the music app simply to skip to the next track. The function will work if I reboot the phone...
