    App stopped working on Kindle

    We have been using our app on Fire HD 8 (7th Gen) for a while. Suddenly this last week the app stopped working. It still works on the Fire HD 8 (8th Gen) fine. Nothing has changed with the app. Any idea what might be the issue.
