Ah hah! The plot thickens. I asked "Ok, Google. Set an alarm for Thursday at 12:00" and she said "Sorry, I can't set alarms on your phone more than 24 hours before they're supposed to go off." Do you know why my phone would have that restriction?

The day of week is not visible if the repeat option is unchecked.

I just updated to a Pixel 2 from a Note 3 and the clock seems to be missing a fundamental feature. That, or I'm blind. When I set an alarm, I want to specify the day of the week. So if it's Tuesday, I can set an alarm for Thursday at 12:00 PM. It will then go off on that day and time only once...
