Thank you, that seems to have worked. I was hoping to use USB instead of Bluetooth. I did read the owners manual and knew I did not have some capabilities. I know that iPods/iPhones use a different data transfer protocol than Android, but I was hoping for a work around.

I have a 2017 Civic LX with the entry level radio. How do I connect my S7 Edge via USB like an iPod? It will connect via Bluetooth but I cannot control anything other than the volume. I do not want to have to touch my phone while driving, I want to be able to change artists through the radio...
