Sorry to say, it is not related to the Slide to Unlock option. I had 1 occurrence when on Slide to Unlock, but yesterday evening and today, i had the problem while security is on 'Pattern'. Really annoying problem this. I missed my alarms this morning and was almost late for work. Shook awake...
