Thank you for your reply but I don't think the problem is in the car. As I have said, the contacts in the SIM are well synchronized but not the Exchange contacts. The problem must be in the Android not on the destination.

As soon as I upgrade my Note 5 to Android 6.0.1 I could no longer sync my Exchange account contacts with my BMW. Only the contacts (very few) that are in the SIM are synchronized. So this is not a problem of Bluetooth Sync but it seems a problem of the Android decided not to use the Exchange...
