You have no idea of what you are talking about. I think you should shut up and do not give wrong info. Settings -> Storage -> Menu Button -> USB Settings. This is for 4.2.2 Jelly Bean version. It is the way to use SD or internal storage as USB Storage on a computer MAC, Windows or Linux.
