Sorry, I lost track of OnePlus things after mine died :) What I know it's that after A12 many default apps changed in the ColorOS direction.

It's not about the widget but the dynamic icon.

Posting attachment is broken in the app that I use but I can confirm that the Clock icon (Samsung default pack) shows the right time even in the app drawer. Running A12/OneUI 4.1/Nova 8.0.3.

It's possible that Samsung broke something for third party launchers after A13. Just in case try a different icon pack with dynamic clock.

It seems a problem with the icon pack and Nova after the A13 update. Remove the clock icon, add it back and see if it works.

Are you using any different widget or icon pack in One UI?

I've been using Nova since my first Android model, Moto G OG, and I'm officially addicted. Now I'm using a Samsung device and even the Good Lock modules can't do the trick. They could help to have the same looks for home screen and drawer but not even close to the way I interact with my phone...

I remember buying, when traveling, some pre-paid SIM cards that were locked by default and had to dig into the settings to disable that option. The strange thing is that the OP can't find the option in the phone settings.

Weird. I wonder if the lack of that setting is related to your carrier or specific card. Which carrier are you using? Do you have any proprietary app to manage your card/mobile plan?

Welcome to the forums. In many cases this issue is caused by the WiFi connection. Switching WiFi off and back on in your phone or restarting the router could fix the problem.

Excellent, glad it helped. That notification setting was available for Samsung devices in previous Android versions. I guess most users, like myself, had it turned off and the selection was restored in their new device/version.
