Thanks for the response, Unfortunately no, I don't have insurance and as it is still in contract I'm thinking that a $200 replacement AMOLED is a better choice. I really just want to know if anyone thinks that it might be something else that just the new digitizer, etc. won't fix. Thanks, Jack T
