I'm taking a stab in the dark here since I don't have a verizon note 5 box, got mine from Sprint. I'm thinking tho if you bought it from verizon than they would have your serial # on your paperwork. Stop by your store or give them a call.

My biggest wish is for the honor 9 is having usb c to hdmi output. I want to join the cord cutters of America and say goodbye to my over priced satellite tv provider.

I too had signed up for galaxy forever plan and when the note 7 came out last year i couldn't trade note 5 for it. I'm over sprint and come august will be looking elsewhere.

Just looked at my bitmoji app settings, you can turn on keyboard from there then i had to turn it on in main phone settings. Don't see where i would want to leave it on full time because as far as i can tell you can't type words at all when it's on.

Disappointed to have just read an article where cricket will be slowing speeds after 22gb. I was ready to jump on the cricket band wagon in August when my current contract expires now I'm not sure whom I'll want to go to. Rural living, slow wifi at the house so i use my mobile data a lot.

I'm done with the big 4 cone august. Going to get an unlocked device and go to cricket unlimited plan i believe. Hoping honor 9 has a decent price tag on it.

What about the cheaper cricket wireless option with unlimited data for $65? Runs off at&t towers.
