Nevermind. I just flashed an older version of TWRP (2.7.1.0) and its working now.

For the past few months, I have been unable to boot into my recovery and I'm not sure why. I have TWRP installed but when i try to boot into the recovery my screen just stalls at the HTC logo with the pink words "Entering Recovery" at the top. Though the screen is frozen, TWRP is still running...
