    Just spoke to Google and they said we should receive an email either on Wednesday or Thursday the latest. For those who ordered it within the 1 - 2 weeks delivery. If not then you will have to contact them.

    I spoke to the Google Play team and they said my status changed to Pre-Order because it has now been a week since I placed my order. This doesn't affect the delivery date so I should still receive my phone by the 19th Dec, latest date would the 21st Dec.

    I for one was one of those people who placed a second order, didn't receive any dispatch email for few days, cancelled the order.

    By the looks of this forum and the cnet comments (Nexus 4 stock shortage down to 'huge demand', LG explains | CNET UK) I think the 8GB models are being shipped first. Explains why people who have ordered the 8GB model are getting the shipping email that quick.

    It should be on the email you received from Google when you placed the order, it will be under 'Shipping Status'
