I have the same problem and it’s driving me mad.... I turn off all pop ups on WhatsApp on the notifications section on the phone and also on the WhatsApp App and as I soon as I receive a WhatsApp message it pops up and reverts back to pop up notification settings ...! Is this a WhatsApp problem...

Hey, My HTC One was running low today so i plugged it in and low and behold...... It would not charge..... not from a wall charger or my pc.... The phone went flat and i connected it again and it started charging!! Switched on the phone.... plugged charger in.... wont charge...!!! Only...

Hi all, I have just changed to a HTC One and am loving most of it! But I have received some video clips via email and I have no idea how I can save and store them! There is no save button or feature and unlike photos which download automatically. I appreciate any help!!!!! Many thanks

Hi all, I have just received my new HTC One and have been trying to get to grips with it after dumping my IPhone 5! I received a video by email and have no idea how to save it!!! The photos seem to just save themselves but no such luck with video..... Can anyone help please... Many thanks all!
