Hey Bud, I had the same issue(now fixed). I had downloaded the Samsun drivers for my Windows 7(x64) laptop and my device would only charge. I was using a generic micro USB cable I recieved with my work blackberry. I tried the USB cable that came with the S4 and viola! Hope this helps others...
