    I just got notification that $200 for 2 note7's was credited to my next Verizon bill. Both were downgraded to S7 Edge. Now the only missing part is the downgrade fee Verizon promised to refund.

    Update: Verizon just gave me bill credit of $641.98 for 2 note7's plus tax (2-year contract price). Therefore, I no longer care about the return boxes. In fact, I'd rather boxes would never arrive so that I can keep note 7's as mini wifi pads.

    Verizon charged me $20 upgrade fee for each device exchanged. Per my phone call with Verizon representative, it will be refunded in 1 or 2 billing cycles.

    While exchanging Note 7 for S7 edge on Verizon website as instructed by Verizon faq, I'm charged full price of S7 edge, which I refuse to pay. Here's the online chat with Verizon. I guess their website isn't really updated and ready for the exchange.
