T Mobile swears my phone will be delivered on Friday... UPS says otherwise as it's been sitting at label created since Monday and they say they haven't received it yet. T Mobile swears it was shipped... Guess I get to sit and wait until Friday to find out if I need to file a lost package...

I bought this same case and it showed up and it's not opaque at all.. it's completely clear. I'm very disappointed. I know they sent me the right one because the box says "Frost Clear"

I ordered at midnight the first day... got screwed and they put it as ground shipping through t mobile.. got label created yesterday, still no movement or estimated delivery date.

I got screwed on the 2 day shipping also. I had to have them put the order in over the chat because the website wouldn't accept my address. They put it in as ground even though there was free 2 day shipping and I gave them the promo code. My shipping label was created yesterday, it still...

I always assume a review is going to be garbage when the reviewer is wearing an apple watch.

Well there goes their line of "sir there is a high demand for the white verizon 256gb + model, that is why yours hasn't shipped yet" when I ordered on the 8th..lol not that I believed it to begin with.

I ordered a Verizon Note 10+ and an unlocked Note 10 both through Samsung.com. The Note 10+ is on payment plan through verizon and the unlocked one I paid outright.

Unfortunately not. I had to call in and be put back in the queue again. Fast forward an hour and a half later.. I talk with someone else who tells me the same thing basically. He then says that I have to contact Verizon and that everything should be ok and I will receive my phone but he can't...

So I called Samsung to try and find out what is going on with my phone since I haven't even been charged yet and I ordered on the 8th (actually the 7th still). The automated thing says there is a 1.5 hour wait time so I hit 1 to have them call me back when its my turn... hour and a half goes...

Mine was the Aura White 256 Verizon version.. same boat here. The other one I ordered was a regular Note 10, Aura glow and that one is arriving today.

Still nothing on mine.. My wife's is out for delivery and mine still says "pre-order" expected by the 23rd. Card hasn't been charged for the tax yet but my Verizon account has the device payment plan up already for it since yesterday. If they expect to get it to me by Friday they need to get...

I'm with you man... really hoping I wake up to a shipping notification tomorrow because Verizon has the payment plan for this phone on my line already... but Samsung hasn't charged me for the tax yet. My other phone is showing up tomorrow (my wife's). BTW, ordered both on August 7th...
