I only use my phone through Wi-Fi and always keep the mobile data off yet my data is going down. My allowance only renewed yesterday yet data has been used already! Why?

Changing sd card, need help with backing stuff up I bought a 162gb sd yesterday for my Samsung s4 as my other sd card was running out of space. How do change over without losing everything on my phone? I'm not the brightest when it comes to all this stuff so step by step please :-P

My father keeps getting this every single time he switches his Tab on and now has 8 errors. I used to get this with my Galaxy S3 but then figured out how to correct it but now, for the life of me, I cant remember what I did??
