Well that is the clincher for my wife and I then, we're gonna leave 'em. This was kind of the one thing that AT&T had over the other carriers, that had us wanting to stay and now, this is the last straw. I think it's a huge mistake for them.

I think the odds of AT&T giving us another update are either slim, or none. I have a feeling we're going to be stuck on 4.1.1 for a loooooooooong time. Hell, we haven't even gotten that Premium Software Suite that Europe got MONTHS ago.

I use Sony's Music Unlimited, which is just $10 a month, and it's outstanding.

Sir, I appreciate your help, but if you read my first post, that is what I did. I clicked on that "download" and it does in fact download to my Nexus, but nothing will play the file, not even through the app itself. Tried it on my Galaxy S3 and the same thing happened.

They are showing up, that's not the issue, and I can stream 'em, but I want them to be downloaded so when my wife and I are travelling, we don't have to rely on wonky and slow Wi-Fi. I got the 32gb N7 specifically for putting a lot of movies on it, so I wouldn't have to stream.

Yeah, it says "Download" though so I was thinking the file could be downloaded to my Nexus, from Flixster, and viewed on my device. How silly of me to think the movie studios would do something that is simple and just "works" for the customer. No wonder so many people pirate stuff.

Will this rip Blu-Ray Discs? Reason I ask is that these are all Blu-Ray's and I do have a Blu-Ray drive for my PC, but I've never done any ripping of movies before (don't laugh), only done music.

Ok, redeemed a code at Flixster, selected "Download", which it did, as a .MP4 file, tried playing it with the stock video player, get "cannot play this file", tried with Moboplayer, same result, tried with MX Player, same result. Tried another film, does the same thing. What gives? How on Earth...

Well, can't say this helped much.....very frustrated with it at this point.

Wow, so this is a known issue huh? I will definitely try that when I get home this evening. Is it a problem where that app is "hogging" the available bandwidth and processing power?

Hi guys, I have had my Nexus 7 for about a week and a half now, and while I enjoy it, I find it to be extremely slow to open web pages. My connection is 40Mbps down and 4Mbps up, a fairly speedy connection, and what is weird is that my phone, a Samsung Galaxy S3 by AT&T is faster, much faster...

Hmm, ya know, I didn't think about that. Good battery saver as well I would imagine.

If it doesn't change things too much, I might look into it then.
