Check to see if it has a custom recovery installed. (hold power and volume down buttons, boot into recovery). If so, you can flash a custom rom and gapps. If not, look for a recovery to use like TWRP. You can find instructions here and on XDA. Sent from my PG86100 using Android Central Forums
