Verizon cloud tries to sync constantly. Luckily, you can easily disable this or adjust the frequency to your needs in Account Settings. Bluetooth also scans and seeks a device to connect to every few seconds. Turn it off if you don't need it. -

Hi! Look into your app management (maybe system apps) and kill the app called DT Ignite. That worked for me. Good luck!
