Cleated cache and data in the download manager and it seems to have fixed it, for now anyway. Appreciate it. Posted via Android Central App

I went to settings, then at the top of the screen went to more. Select Application Manager, now find download manager, once you open that clear cache and clear data. Someone said I would lose everything in my download folder but I didn't lose anything. Worked for me so far. Good luck. Posted...

I updated my phone (GS3) two days ago and after I did I have 4 "download complete" notifications that won't go away. Even after clearing them they come back. The files cannot even be located on my phone anywhere. I downloaded these ages ago through Chrome. Any help would be great. Posted via...
