Ordered on 8/4, two day shipping, got it around 10 AM after several days in the Linwood Purgatory. Verizon rep on the phone was surprised I had it and wasn't even sure what the menu screens would be but got through just fine.

I was anxious to get using it for everything, figure I can wipe and start again otherwise. Process was pretty smooth.

Only a slight exaggeration, lol. Probably about 30/40 mins including transfer and install. The longer part was install and the app didn't make it clear it was still working. Only knew because apps kept popping up slowly.

About 60%, took nothing to charge to 100. Smart switch took forever, hadn't used that before, good now it's done.
