Fix for my facebook issue on galaxy s6 and note 4 after trying everything you had was to turn off ipv6 on router. Or more specifically set connection type to 6to4 tunnel on belkin router. After doing so restart route . Fixed my issue hopefully this will help. As far as battery issues android...
