A week or so ago, the Caller ID bloatware disappeared from my phone. I did not subscribe to the app after the trial period ended, and I had functioning Caller ID before the app was ever installed. But after it disappeared, the Caller ID stopped working, so everyone who calls shows up as Unknown...

I declined the app some time ago. Then last week it disappeared from my phone out of the blue and now every call I get, whether they are in my contacts list or not, shows up as Unknown and I can't figure out how to fix it. Any ideas?
