No screen protector, simple clear case, not magnetic

Good morning. I've been using the phone in safe mode and it's doing the same thing-changing to the phone keypad screen every few minutes. Is there anything else I can try?

US version. The screenshot is not an ad. It's a YouTube video minimized by the phone while I was watching it and the phone screen pad opened behind it. Happens constantly and very inconvenient.
